Advanced quantitative evaluation of PET systems using the ACR phantom and NiftyPET software

Uncertainty analysis of MR-PET image registration for precision neuro-PET imaging

Our software, NiftyPET, was used for novel uncertainty analysis to assess MR-PET registration.  It showed that registration software had the biggest effect on MR-PET registration precision, followed by PET image reconstruction and PET count level.  These then affect PET ROI analysis and partial volume correction.  For more details see:
